Default Cheaters' tape of Steelers turned over

Nothing to see here folks, nothing to see here. Hurry NFL, do the inevitable and push it under the rug! Hurry!

NEW YORK -- Former Patriots video assistant Matt Walsh sent the NFL eight videotapes that show New England violated league rules by recording opposing coaches' playcalling signals -- including the 2002 AFC Championship Game against the Steelers.

Oh well, it is ancient history, but like this is going to do any good. The point of the matter is, the Steelers could of been the first Six Time World Champion in the NFL. Ah, well.

I hear you on that one. . I hate cheaters. Would be damn hilarious if the NFL could strip them of their Super Bowl Championships. .

I hear that. Also, people paid good money for playoff tickets, counting myself in order to watch a fairly played game. Not to watch a bunch of hacks cheat the game, fans and the opposition. So it's not like they are only cheating the opposition.

I'm just trying to figure out what's the point in handing over the tapes? Goodell already proved how much of a sucker he is by handing out his 'punishment'. A first round pick while they had two and a $500,000 fine for Belicheat and Kraft will simply reach into his couch, pull out that cash and give it to Belicheat. Wow, way to lay down the hammer.

If more penalties follow even though I stronlgy doubt it, then great. Then again, I'm just happy it's still in the news. It's bad enough that Goodell treated it like no big deal. At least the majority of fans who actually respect the game and the media still have a problem with a team blatantly cheating the game, fans and the opposition.

how about the money being robbed out of your hands for paying such a high price for a highly profile game? Don't you believe this smells of a lawsuit by the fans of the NFL to the New England Patriots to refund our money for cheating on the damn game that we fans paid tons of money for in hoping that our lovely team would have a garner fair chance of going to the Super Bowl? Get my drift?

yea it's just straight up rediculous.goodell suspends players for off the field "issues" but yet lets chick cheat and tape defensive signals?wtf kind of message does that send to the rest of the league.if i'm an nfl coach i'd be taping every teams signals, offensive and defensive.what's the worst that happens, you loose a draft pick.maybe it's time for the fans to boycott the league eh?
