Default QBs deserving of the HOF?

In light of this thread.....
Steve "Air" McNair retires

Are any of the QBs in this poll deserving of the HOF?

Who do you feel should be in the HOF?

I think it's safe to say that Favre, Brady, & P.Manning will be in the HOF, so those aren't included.

I included a few active QBs, who more or less are going to be winding down their careers soon.

Are any of those borderline, but not in, unless they achieve some milestones or win some titles?

Any you are completely against even being mentioned?

Any glaring ommissions?

got 2 say stabler and gannon bcause both are raiders but they are also great qbs. cunningham was amazing and garcia is prototypical west coast qb who made pro bowl in late yeers of his career.

ok.....
we drafted McFadden
then with our next pick we took a corner

we need a LT as sims was cut harris should be a RT and we already have aso/hall/routt/
branch will be a dime back this year
wr should have been picked in 4th
and we shouldve traded down to mid teens to pick up more picks
however, as always i will support the raiders cause i bleed silver and black
but that draft was kinda stoopid

Roethlisberger will etch his name into the Pro Football Hall of Fame no doubt with all the record he established in his rookie season.

Simms, Cunningham, McNair, McNabb are deserving of the HoF. No doubts.

Vinny. Can't keep a guy with 40,000 yards out of the hall. It's like hitting 500 home runs.

Whoa. Slow down there buddy. If his career ended right now, there is no way he is a HOFer. I purposely left of QBs with less than 5 years playing experience off the list. Sure it's a good start, but he has to play a LOT longer to even be considered.

I have to go back and review the Simms & Cunningham careers a little bit.
Simms was a winner and Cunningham was a 4-time probowler...both maybe have a good enough case to make it, but it's close. I'd probably vote a couple more, for instance Boomer Esiason, in before them though.
I don't think McNair makes it; reasons in that other thread.
McNabb, despite not being done, is probably in with another couple of good years.

I don't know that they're equivocal.
(And in that case, you'd also have to vote in Bledsoe (who also had the 4th most 3000 yard seasons I think))

I think I'd put a bunch of others on this list in before him. And I like the guy too.

The yardage thing is impressive, as is a TD pass in 21 straight years. Things working against him though: didn't win any championships, only 2 probowls, bad TD-INT ration, losing teams, heavily traveled NFL career.
