Default Jets re-sign Hank Poteat

Quote:
The New York Jets re-signed veteran cornerback Hank Poteat to a one-year deal Tuesday.

Poteat was an unrestricted free agent. He spent the last two seasons with the Jets and played in every game, notching a career-high 45 tackles while starting nine games. Poteat had the first two interceptions of his eight-year NFL career in consecutive games last season against Philadelphia’s Donovan McNabb and Cincinnati’s Carson Palmer.

I think Hank is a player.

He's never going to be confused for Champ Bailey but he's a solid guy. Glad to see him back.

Me too, I am also glad to see Hank Poteat back. Good move by the Jets to re-sign him.
