They were hardly a lock, as even winning the tourney they got a 10 seed. If they would've lost at any point of that tourney, I doubt they would've got an at large bid.

lets drop this whole debate cause it doesn't concern with what's going on now and that is that i'm hoping for Davidson to win Sunday even though that's not my pick

I at least wish Purdue would've beaten Xavier. Would've lessened the Conn blow for me...

Agreed, but that shouldn't hurt me too bad. I had Purdue making the Sweet 16 but losing to WV then anyhow.

I really need Stanford to come back though, as I have them in the Final 4.

Well, Pitt losing effectively destroyed my bracket, as I had them winning it all. UConn was another member of my Final Four that has since lost....Louisville and Wisconsin are my other Final Four members.

My experiment on how well my bracket would do after not watching a single second of college basketball has not gone so well....
