Looking over the 65 team field, it looks so complicated anymore. Anyone got any bright ideas or thoughts about this tourney and how to pick the teams apart? I got a bracket going 1,1,2,2 to the Final Four. I am having hell trying to figure out who is going to pull the major upsets off in the First and Second Round. Who will be this year's Cinderella? Davidson? Kent State? George Mason again?

![]() write down all the names on 64 pieces of paper...then get your bracket out. Start by pulling out names..when you get a name advance it in the first round. The first team you pick..that team wins their first round game. Pull untill you have 32 winners...then put the winners only in the hat...then pick out names untill you get 16 winners....then put those into a hat then pull out names till you get 8 winners...then put those winners in the hat till you get 4 winners...then put those names in the hat till you get 2 winners...then put those 2 in the hat and pick out 1 name and that is your champion. (for you sake, I hope coppin state isn't your winner) After you do this...let us know what you came up with.....I am sure we would be interested to see who your winner is.... ![]() |

I really didn't go with many upsets this year. I've got Winthrop over WSU, but that's just a hunch, and I've got Villanova beating Clemson, but those two teams are way too even to be a 5-12 matchup. I also have West Virginia beating Duke and making it to the Elite 8, but we'll see. I'm not so sure you want to go with anyone else's advice, as there really aren't any "experts" when it comes to filling out a bracket. Just go with your gut instincts, and see what happens. No biggie if you don't win, it's not like you're playing for high stakes like Rick Neuheisel or anything.
