Drew Nietzel or Dionte Christmas?

Can Jack McClinton shake off a bad ACC Tournament (averaging 17 points per game, McClinton had 24 points total in the two ACC tourny games) and catch fire? Can the Dwayne Collins we saw versus Duke show up for the Dance? If so.. the Canes can do some damage.

What about Pittsburgh? Certainly one of the hottest teams coming out of their Big East Tourny win. Can they stay hot? I have them actually beating Memphis in the Semis.

Marquette vs Kentucky. I think this could be the best game of Round 1.
I was thinking the same thing here, but something tells me, Memphis will pull a lucky trick out of their hats and spare themselves in this game. I think you might be more in the way right here.

Other than going on the amazing Big East run, Pitts has early season wins over Duke and then a win in Conf. Play over Georgetown. These guys had it all season, they just didn't know it until the Big East tourny started. Very dangerous team that has come together late, and a legit team at that. Memphis doesn't wanna see em.

I think Memphis is the weakest one seed, with no better than a 50/50 shot to make it to the Final Four.

Only upsets I have for the first round here are Kentucky and St. Mary's. Overall, I actually have Stanford coming out of this bracket, as I've seen how Texas handles home court (they lost to my Badgers at home).

This Memphis/Miss St Game Is Good

I think Miss St is Gonna Win

Memphis is in big foul trouble with their big men

Joey Dorsey is a beast though.. 7 blocks 12 points 11 rebounds with about 10 to go..
