There is a great article I found on Rivals which has lists of underclassmen who have declared, along with others who will/might and won't.
It can be found here. Some fairly big names have declared so far. including... CB Aqib Talib, Kansas This agile corner is a gambling cover man with big play ability in coverage and in the return game. He will be one of the premier junior corners headed for the NFL. RB Kevin Smith, Central Florida Rare 2,000-yard rusher has natural running skills and a high level of development - which made him reverse his earlier decision to stay in school. He received a top-50 grade from the advisory committee, and he could land in the first round with a strong postseason. QB Bobby Reid, Oklahoma State This athletic junior quarterback was at the center of coach Mike Gundy's "I'm a man" temper tantrum. He is a fine athlete who needs the right setting to develop at this position. However, he could fill a "Slash" role early in his pro career. CB Brandon Flowers, Virginia Tech Flowers is a fast cover man who came on strong late in the 2007 season. He ranks with the top prospects at this demanding position. He runs as well as any player in the nation at this point. WR Adrian Arrington, Michigan This smooth junior receiver developed nicely over the 2007 season and has interesting skills. After many changes in the Michigan offensive philosophy, he decided to enter the NFL. He is a good prospect with definite upside as a pro if he improves his overall game.

Also of note are some of the ones who have stated they are staying in college next year including a big group from Missouri highlighted by Heisman finalist Chase Daniel. With their schedule next year, missing both Oklahoma and Texas Tech they could be a very strong team with a chance to go undefeated through the regular season.

RB Steve Slaton, RB Felix Jones, & CB Justin King have declared for the NFL Draft.
Smart move by Jones, can't say the same for Slaton or King.

The one good thing about King though, was he had already completed his degree.

So...
Darren McFadden has officially announced that he is leaving Arkansas a year early to join the NFL. Which really isn't a big surprise. Arkansas's other junior running back Felix Jones who twice ran for 1000 yads for the Razorbacks also declared early to join the NFL. Those two plus the loss of senior fullback Peyton Hills means a very empty backfield for new coach Bobby Petrino.

Michigan receiver Mario Manningham is going pro, as is Va Tech corner Victor "Macho" Harris.
Michigan is sure losing a lot of offensive players: Henne, Hart, Long, Manningham, Arrington.... |
