the problem with that is detroit's starters are all pretty good FT shooters.i could see the pistons using that philosophy if the magic take the lead deep into the 4th seeing as howard is almost shaq-like horrible at the line

it's a hamstring injury so he's at least going to miss saturday's game, unless he wants to play through that pain.hamstring injuries are always tricky, some guys could play through it and miss only a game or 2 others miss a whole season just bc of a "mild strain"

I don't know if I've ever seen a team choke away a game this way before. The Magic players will spend all summer asking themselves how they gave away a game that was over against a team without their best player. Missed free throws, lack of rebounding, tons of turnovers, going away from what's working, and the inability to stop anyone doomed the Magic. The franchise player not showing up and giving a pathetic effort didn't help either. What a way to waste a good season by blowing a golden opportunity against a team that had no business winning, but when you allow that old fart Hunter look like he still belongs in this league, you deserve to lose. I hope they finally decide to make some serious changes because half the players should not be anywhere near the city limits next season.

This was a great game to watch. I am excited to see how the Magic come out for game 5.

Flat, deflated, and uninspired. I expect the Pistons to have a double digit lead by the end of the 1st quarter and end it by halftime. The Magic just don't have the guts to win this kind of game.
