Yeah, NBA players can't fight. They just get into a pansy yelling contest.
I'll give Arenas some credit; he's still coming back from an injury. When he was able to play within the confines of the Wizards offense, though, he was quite effective off the bench. It helped, of course, that he was making his outside shot, though it was a bit telling that he started to tail off as the game wore on.

Both were streaky during this games, missing shots they should make, but having runs.
As for Arenas, I honestly did think it was somewhat of a phantom 5th foul on him. And to his credit, he was the only one doing anything for the Wizards for the first half of the 4th quarter. Fully healthy and integrated, he can be a weapon. LeBron James, and the Cavs to an extent, showed he's clutch and they're a pretty good 4th quarter team, doing enough to win. Ilgauskas had a solid game as usual. |
