Hey Y'all!
I'm still really trying my hardest to find a baseball team that I'd like.I mean the D-Backs are awesome and everything but I don't really like that kinda we don't have to put heart into it we can just beat em' anyways style. But don't get me wrong they are an eye-catching team and most-definitely will win a world series in the next 3 years. So I'm gonna give all you guys some criteria and just flat-out give me a team that I might be interested in! #1: They've got some biggity big guys on their team. #2: Preferably don't have millions of division, conference or world series titles. #3: Don't have a jumbo fan base and hopefully not a moderator for the team yet cause I've got big plans for the team and don't want to get blocked out by another fan. So try to follow that stuff but I won't care if don't include 1 of them or if you have to 2 of em'. Thanks,Chugg

DBacks as you mention are a very good up and coming team. And the competition in the NL West isn't being dominated by any one team outspending the rest...though the Dodgers try.
Me personally, I'm a Blue Jays fan. Problems arising from that are they play in the same division as the Yankees and Red Sox who outspend them without even batting an eyelash. I think it makes them winning the division that much tougher. |

I'll always take another Mets fan on the board. I'm also happy to see a Marlins logo in your inventory as I'm a fan of them, and they simply don't have enough fans. As for your requirements, take a ride with the Diamondbacks or Rays. Both teams are filled with young guys just breaking out, and one if not both will probably be fighting for a postseason spot.

Indians. Gotta be. A small-to-mid market team who is a contender, but won't just be handed the division title year after year due to decent division rivals. Team includes a good mix of prime time players, youngsters, and veterans, and are poised to be contenders for awhile.
Teams to hop on because of a boatload of promising youngsters include the aforementioned Backs and Rays.

Don't listen to Vader there above me. Everyone knows what happens to him in the end.
Come join us on the Mets board though. The Mets are off to a struggling start for what was expect due to a couple injuries, but they will bounce back soon enough. Even during their bad streak, they are only a game and a half out of first. |
