USHL

Any fans of the USHL on here? I'm a big supporter of the Des Moines Buccaneers and looking for any insight on their coaching prospects for next season and where Regg Simon might wind up.

I can't say that I am a fan of the USHL, but I certainly will look into it. I do very much enjoy minor league hockey in general. Thanks for bringing it up.

Omaha Lancers, baby!

Currently have a Dallas prospect, Nico Sacchetti there. AND its my hometown, so I'm kinda biased

Omaha. Now wasn't that a song by Moby Grape or some similar group?

I guess I have the Ohio Junior Blue Jackets right in my back yard, but I haven't seen them play. senna1a keeps bugging me to go to a game. I really should sometime. It isn't that I wouldn't like the level of play, I know I would. I'll have to put them on my to-do list.

Yeah, the level of play is not like NHL but it's still a great time, the kids are great and it's a great atmosphere. We have season tix to Des Moines Buccaneers so I'm a little biased to them. We're going to the DM Stars tonight, they are moving to Texas I've heard, I hope DM gets the Wild affiliate.

That would be good for you if they did. Thanks to you I will be paying a lot more attention to the USHL. I'll make sure that I stay on top of things next season.
