Default Chiefs trade up from 17 to 15........

Well they traded up to pick a player that I thought we should have drafted before with the earlier pick. Dont get me wrong though I like the idea of having Glenn Dorsey on the team. I am glad to see that they picked Brandon Albert with the 15th selection. This is a good pick. This will not however take us from the basement of the AFC West to the Superbowl but gives us something to build on.

That's the key.

Turning the franchise around is not going to happen overnight, but they can take steps in the right direction. I think the Chiefs did that today with, what I think was, a very solid draft.

If they keep making smart decisions like they did during the first two rounds of this draft, they might be headed back up the standings sooner than most people think.

I agree 100% and also think that the best move they could make in the next offseason is to get rid of Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards both. I have wanted to see Carl get his @$$ thrown out the door for a long time and Herm..........I wished he never would have came to town. He wasnt worth the waste of draft picks to get him.
