"Tigers advance to final after needing only one goal to subdue host giants"
![]() Goalie Tyson Sexsmith watches in vain as the puck bounces out of the net while Medicine Hat's Kevin Undershute celebrates teammate Derek Dorsett's second-period goal Wednesday. Photograph by : Mark van Manen, Vancouver Sun http://www.canada.com/vancouversun/n...33707b4&k=6887 Bah! ![]() Been a long time since I been to Pacific Coliseum. Despite the loss, decent game; kind of reminding me of a Canuck playoff game (ie., "good guys" had a tough time scoring ). Those smaller seats at the old arena remind me that I need to go on a diet (I don't remember it being such a tight squeeze to get into those seats before ). Bunch of "old timers" there (ie., Smyl, Tiger Williams, Pat Quinn, Trevor Linden, Barry Beck, Gordie Howe, etc). |

Whalers destroyed the MAINEiacs tonight, and will play the Giants in the semi-finals tommorow!
After the first 2 games I think everyone was writing the Whalers off. I hope they win now, idc that there american, to comeback from the awful start to the tourny they had and win this thing thatd be incredible. Last edited by PeArD : 05-25-2007 at 01:17 AM. |
