I know Lupul, Smyth, Hemsky, Smid, Pouliot, Mikhonov, Moreau, Torres and Smith are first-rounders.

Sykora, Smyth, Hemsky, Getzlaf, Reasoner, Torres, Smith, Mikhnov, Moreau, Smid and Pouliot

I made a mistake, since Fehr played this season the Caps also have 14 former first round picks. So there is still one team out there with 14

Caps:
Ovechkin, Semin, Zubrus, Beech, Sutherby, Klepis, Green, Gordon, Heward, Morrisonn, Eminger, Fata, Kolzig and Fehr
