I believe the way its set right now is thta admins have to do it for you. I know of atleast one that was done before, but don't know the circumstances. With untill an admin reads this threads and see what he has to say about it.

We don't encourage name changing, but we allow it once if a user really wants to change it.
Please decide what name you'd like permanently, and I will change it then.
