A couple of updates...

Cowboys RT Marc Colombo is looking to restructure his contract into a long term deal.
Colombo, a former first-round pick, was released by the Bears shortly into his fourth injury-plagued season. He was promptly picked up by Dallas, and has started every game for them over the last two years. He's currently signed through next season.

The Patriots, Vikings, Titans, and Cowboys are "possible suitors" for Marty Booker, a league source tells the Chicago Sun Times.
The Bears reportedly haven't responded to Booker's early overtures. Booker has lost a step since 2005, but will likely land on his feet as a slot receiver.

Cowboys re-signed LS L.P. Ladouceur to a five-year contract.
Ladouceur, who would've been a restricted free agent, is now signed through 2012. He recorded three tackles in kick coverage last season.

The Cowboys are not expected to let LT Flozell Adams hit the free agent market.
It appears they'll franchise tag Adams if a multi-year agreement can't be reached. The one-year tender for offensive linemen is worth $7.455 million.

I'll pass on Marty Booker, he has lost more then a step since '05.

Adams needs to get a multi-year deal, and if Colombo wants to restructure, then let him. Both are big reasons for the turnaround the past few years.

The Falcons are reportedly gauging trade interest in CB DeAngelo Hall, who enters the final year of his contract in 2008.
New coach Mike Smith wants to wrap up Hall long term, but the Falcons are tearing the roster apart before building it back up. If they can get a first-round pick for Hall, they might pull the trigger. Hall is on record as saying he wants to be dealt if he doesn't get a new contract. Feb. 19 - 7:07 pm et

Any interest for one of those first rounders?

I wouldn't mind using the first 1st rounder on Manningham, the 2nd to trade for Hall and then use the 2nd round pick on Kevin Smith out of UCF.

A league source tells Profootballtalk.com that owner Jerry Jones is working on a deal to bring Javon Walker to Dallas.
However, the source says it's possible Walker's knee won't allow him to pass a physical. There seems to be a lot of concern about Walker's long-term health within the league. He shouldn't cost more than a fifth-round pick. Feb. 25 - 3:22 pm et

Hmm, what's his contract status? Would be something I would explore.

And what is going about Pacman, any more word on him?

And no thanks to Walker, even if its just a 5th.

Pacman wasn't granted reinstatement and apparently has to repetition.

I think we can take him out of the equation.

Ahh ok, didn't hear that. Thanks for that info.

Its kind of hard to hear anything football up here once Spring Training kicks off.

I'll pass on Manningham, he just ran a 4.60, which is not everything, but considering his height and speed, it just doesnt mix well. Basically he is a small receiver, and Dwayne Jarrett can out run him. Limas Sweed is on the rise by the way, he just ran a 4.4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope he falls to us.

Cowboys free agent special teams ace Keith Davis is talking with multiple teams.
Davis would like more playing time in the secondary and could be interested in the Saints and Dolphins.

This would be a devastaing loss for the Cowboys. I say keep him and let him play in the secondary more over a certain someone.
